"This property is walkable from Nagoya station and has a lot of restaurants within the area. Very accessible and very clean. The staff are great and amenities are great. They also have a coin laundromat and they have bath amenities as well. Enjoyed our stay so much."

"The staff here were amazing, English was a bit hit or miss but that’s to be expected. They were always attentive and eager to help, Grade A customer service! The bed was a bit rigid for my liking but it was huge, and the overall room was huge with an amazing view. Having a nice big shower area and tub that you could actually fill to the top and soak in was icing on the cake. Would highly recommend the place. Mildly difficult to get in and out of since it starts on the 31st floor for the lobby and rooms above that. Parking was minimal but I always found a spot. We did the buffet one night, recommend having a reservation as we didn’t get the best seats but they took us in and the food was very delicious and all encompassing. Very convenient to family mart, Starbucks, Saizeriya (very cheap delicious Italian) and McDonald’s among other sit down restaurants. "

"I stayed here in July and absolutely loved this hotel! The views from the rooms were beyond beautiful! It overlooks the mountains and river. The spa amenities were quite impressive. The pool, hot-tub, ice cold tubs were all impeccably clean. The temperature was perfect on all three. The beautiful changing rooms with vanities are a classy touch. The morning buffet had a great variety and was delicious! Most of the head staff spoke English. I can’t wait to stay there again. "

"This hotel provides excellent value for the price paid compared to other hotels in Nagoya. I booked 3 months in advance, and got a very good rate which included breakfast. The room was small, as is typical for Japan, but was very clean, modern, and included numerous amenities. The bed was very comfortable but just barely accommodates two people (slightly smaller than a North American double). The 40+ item breakfast buffet in the cafe was excellent and featured both Japanese and western items. As well, guests of the hotel receive free drinks in the cafe during the day. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Nagoya in the future."

"The location was fairly convenient. The Nagoya station was a 10 minute walk away, while the nearest underground shopping street entrance with access to the station was merely 5 minutes away. There were plenty of dining options in the area. The room had enough space for us to lay suitcases flat, and it was pretty clean and comfortable. Our room faced the elevated road outside. Occasionally we could hear traffic, but it did not bother us. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of Japanese and western food, but the choices were the same every day. We wished there were rotations of different dishes. There was no self-serve laundry in the hotel, but there were coin laundry shops within 12 minute walk. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay."

"This is way too worth it for the price at this location. Donki is right beside, many merchandise stores around as well. They provide welcome drink for guest and a massage pad for every room so you can lay in bed and place the pad under your tiring legs. Highly recommended this hotel "
